First Care Package: "Get Well"

I made my first care package today for lovie. Even though he is still in the states he doesn't have a car and said he wanted some things to have as midnight snacks and I know he is still getting over a cold so I sent him a few little things. I forgot to take pictures though =( #noviceblogger #partyfoul lol

Galen and I went to Target today, and he manages to sleep through the whole thing which always makes it nice and easy for me to stroll around and get what I need. For lovie we picked up:

• Pocket tissue packs
• 100calorie Tuna Salad packs
• Crackers
• Ramen (he eats it just about everyday!)
• Applesauce and Fruit Cups
• Sinus Medicine 

This is my first time using a Flat Rate Box with USPS, even though I calculated it and I think it would be like $2 cheaper to send it in my own box since it isn't going that far, but I already taped it up so that's how it's staying. ;) There are some fabulous examples of themed care packages with fun decorated interiors, but since this is his first one and he is still in the states I didn't want to go all out; don't spoil him too soon right. hehe.

Hopefully I'll be driving up to see him soon!
